# Talk to a human

You reach a person who has flown shows, not a call centre. We reply within a business day, from Amsterdam or New York, and if a drone show isn’t the right fit for your event, we’re open about that before you spend anything.

Rather talk?

## We call you back.

What happens after you write

1. 01We reply within a business day, from Amsterdam or New York, whichever is closer to you.
2. 02We ask about the event, the place and the audience. Then we give you our honest view on whether a drone show will make the impact you want.
3. 03If it will, you get a proposal: drone count, show length, and the story we would tell. If your event calls for a different kind of show, we introduce you to [our partners at Sky Elements](https://skyelementsdrones.com/).
