| Site survey | Our technical crew checks the take-off area, the safety zone between drones and audience, sightlines and the surroundings before we confirm. Parks, waterfronts and large open grounds in Miami tend to work best. |
| Weather window | Drones fly in wind up to 25 mph (40 km/h) and cope with a few drops of rain. We plan a weather window and, where the event allows, a back-up slot. The pilot on site makes the final call. |
| Local partners | We coordinate with the venue, the local authority and, where needed, local production partners in Miami so the show fits your run-of-show, your permit and your crowd plan. |
