A Message from Drone Stories Founders Lucas van Oostrum and Ralph Nauta

As we settle into the new year, we look back on 2023, filled with spectacular memories of flying amazing drone shows all over the world.

 

Toasting to a 2024 full of new adventures, we sat down for a chat at our Amsterdam office to share last year’s highlights with you. 2023 took us on a wild ride, and we can’t help but be excited for what’s yet to come.

Wow, what a year 2023 was. Once again, a year of pushing boundaries and telling thought-provoking stories in the skies. We were very proud of being the first ever New York City drone show, flying above Central Park. Our Mercedes x AMG drone show during F1 in Las Vegas was another one for the books, this video is one of our favorites. For Kargo during Cannes Lions we launched and landed our drones from a barge. During Coachella our drones were in sync with Björk’s performance, creating a stunning show. And what about the first ever Dutch New Year’s Eve drone show combining fireworks and drones?
